Have you been fighting your body, subjecting it to different diet plans or all the “newest, latest, greatest” exercise programs to lose weight and change its shape, but still haven't gotten results? You can find the answer- and it starts with realizing it isn’t in the all places you have been looking. True beauty cannot be found outside ourselves, it can’t be bought, or measured with a scale. There’s beauty in every body, no matter its size, shape, or story.

Too many women are blind to their greatness by society’s message that we are broken or not enough, and we let that lie hold us back from realizing our potential. The truth is, you are NOT broken, and you don’t need fixing. What you DO need is to truly get to know yourself and your body; learn to nourish your whole self, not just feed your body; and become your own best friend and ally.

In my professional practice, the focus is on you, what’s right for your body, and your personal style. You are unique, so your coaching should be, too. I’m here to guide you into a new, more positive relationship with your body and food. My deepest desire is to help you feel and live at your best.

As a certified Mind Body Eating Coach, my approach is based on a combination of practical coaching techniques, principles of mind-body science, and nourishing practices that produce real, lasting results.

These key concepts are the foundation:
Step 1:
Identify the
real enemy
Hint: It’s not your body and it’s not food. Declare war against the false ideal of beauty, not with yourself or body for not measuring up. 
Step 2:
Create a relationship with your greatest ally - YOU!
Cultivate your beauty by caring for your body, instead of coercing it into change.
Step 3:
Learn how to take
your beauty back
Overthrow the narrow definition of beauty and create a new one that includes every body. (Yes, including yours!)
Step 4:
Remove the
barricades to success
Overcome all of the things that get in your way, like perfectionism, comparison, and toxic beliefs.
I went through coaching with Stephanie and loved every session we had together! Before we talked, I thought I was doing okay with my mind-body connection, but she challenged me to be and do so much more. We talked a lot about movement and she encouraged me to think outside the box, especially around moving my body joyfully when I had some issues with limited mobility. Stephanie encouraged me to daydream about ideals in my life and then helped figure out ways to make them a reality. Thanks to her, I feel better about feeling better about myself.
